LaMode is a multi-award-winning sustainable townhouse development located at Waltha St, Richmond. This project had a strong focus on sustainability, and highly innovative design that encompassed the existing hertitage, while maximising space for comfortable inner-city living. Involving construction of 6 townhomes and the refurbishment of an existing Victorian heritage home. Seamlessly representing the industrial heritage of the former shoe factory across the road, and the iconic Victorian townhomes this heritage development was praised for its contextual design. The dwellings are designed to offer a luxury town house product, whilst encompassing best practice energy efficient design.
